Marcos Rodriguez
Attorney At Law • Owner
Marcos Rodriguez serves as the Founder and Attorney here at The Rodriguez Law Firm. Since taking over the firm from Sylvia Lopez, he has been working to continue her legacy of service, excellence, and generosity in our community. He is a Trial Attorney, Applicant Attorney & SSDI Representative, and has worked at the firm since 2012.
Marcos was born and raised in Bakersfield, California as the son of two successful local lawyers, and speaks both English and Spanish. He graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 with a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, and from Loyola University Chicago with his Juris Doctorate and a certificate in trial advocacy in 2012.
He is proud to represent his clients in personal injury civil cases, workers' compensation claims, and social security disability applications, advocating on their behalf before superior court judges, jurors, federal magistrates, and administrative law judges. He works hard to present their stories in an effective manner so that they receive every dollar and benefit owed to them under the law. And, most importantly he takes the time to listen, understand where they are in their lives, and try to relieve the stress that comes with litigation and insurance claims. He knows that the law can make our clients feel lost and misunderstood, so he ensures our team is here to help lift those burdens and relieve that stress so our clients can move forward with their lives.
When he isn't working for our clients, he is likely spending time with his beautiful wife and two daughters.
